Smurfland

Yesterday we went for a long bicycle ride with a couple of friends. Here are some photos of the cute things
Moby Dick personenschiffahrt

My pal William had told me of a little ferry for cyclists only that crosses the Sieg river just to the north of Bonn.  Our goal was to find this tiny fähre and go for a ride. It was such a magically cute scene that I almost expected to find a life-sized Smurf village on the other side. A slow river meandering through the forest, kids playing in the water, and a mini-ferry gliding silently back and forth across the river.

There was a restaurant on the other side. We had lunch there and everyone had a good time.

Manuela, Arianne, and Christine. Note flag and flowers in background (they go together so well)

Sorry Jeff that I have not viewed or commented on the adventures the "Libarians at Large" and the cuttie but I have been ill for over 2 months. 1 month moderate to light and then a bad case of bronchitis that I still have.

The execution has not happened yet at the NRC. Christine Piche is back at CSB.
